Zeit wo gehst du hin

…das zumindest frage ich mich gerade.

Es ist nun schon mehr als zwei Jahre Ruhe hier. Irgendwie geht das Schreiben komplett unter. Aber ich kann mit ruhigem Gewissen berichten, nur das Schreiben geht unter….In den letzten beiden Jahren ist doch einiges entstanden.

February Lady Sweater

Yeah, I´ve done it.

Some years ago I saw this whool (Schachenmayr, ecologico) in my favorite hand made shop. And at this time I was sure, that this wool would be for a cardigan which would be closed only by three buttons. So I looked for more than one year for a pattern for this wool. The result was this nice February lady sweater which I found on ravelry.com.

In June this year I started knitting and last week on Friday I finished. During this time I need to bought two more balls of this wool.

The pattern is for a sweater with 3/4 sleeves and garder stitch. Because of the thick wool I used I decided to make long sleeves. And to highlight the gull lace pattern I used stocking stitch. The pattern is really well. I had no difficulies during my work.

Because it is Wednesday today I will link this contribution to MMM.

Ruhe sanft…

Man, man, man ist es hier aber ruhig geworden.

Und das obwohl ich ein fertiges Teil nach dem Anderen produziere. Nur irgendwie ist die Zeit dermaßen knapp, dass ich eben nur produzieren kann aber das Posten einfach zu kurz kommt. Schon allein die fertigen Dinge zu fotografieren fällt mir derzeit echt schwer. Das Kleidchen hier ist eins meiner letzten Fotos, die ich erstellt habe. Seit dem sind aber viele Unterhöschen für meinen Kleinen, ein Kurzarmshirt für meinen Liebsten, mehrere Leggins für die Große und ein Tanktop für mich und ein sommerliches T-shirt für das „Baby“ meiner Großen entstanden. Die ganzen kurzen Hosen für den kleinen Mann nicht zu vergessen.

Ich weiß auch nicht, warum es derzeit nicht mehr reicht meine Werke zu dokumentieren.

zugeschnitten ist auch wieder eine Menge. Auch die Stricknadeln stehen nicht still. Derzeit arbeite ich wie ein Weltmeister an dem Feruary Ladysweater.

Also keine Angst, irgendwann werde ich eine Galerie erstellen und euch zeigen, was so fertig geworden ist.

Nun zu dem Kleidchen hier:

Der Schnitt ist aus der Ottobre 3/13 in der Größe 104. Den Stoff hab ich bei auf dem letzten Stoffmarkt in Dresden ergattert. Ich mag zwar rosa nicht so, aber hierzu passt der Stoff einfach gut finde ich. Meine Große trägt es auch recht gern. Jetzt wenn es herbstlich wird, wird eben eine Leggins und ein Shirt drunter gezogen. Es ist also nicht nur Sommer sondern auch Übergangszeit tauglich. So nun gehabt euch wohl und habt ein wenig Geduld mit mir.

Es Rockt – It is rocking

For my daughter I sewed her a long desired skirt. It was really easy one. I took 0.50 * 1.10m of this nice dark blue fabric and started to smoke it several times. After 7 times I thought it will be ok. Then I sewed it toghether an that is it.

For the smoking technic I used elastic thread as underthread and normal thread as needle thread. I needed to switch the thread tension to lower tension.

To finish this skirt I seamed the edge and that is it.

It looks really cute to my daughter. And she want to wear it nearly every day.

My new „LIV“

 

During my time, when it was very quite here at my blog I was sewing and knitting a lot. But there was no time and motivation for writing articles here. But since two weeks I try to show you my last creations.

Here I used  fabrics from Sanetta and the pattern from Pattydoo. This is the pattern „LIV“ And I guess it is my second but I´m not sure yet.

I like it. And for the warm summer days it is really nice.

And it is time for MMM. So

Mein nächstes Werk hat sich nach langer Zeit auch dem Ende zu geneigt. Bei 34°C im Schatten hab ich meinen Frühlingpulli fertig. Nun ja, der nächste Frühling kommt bestimmt. Es war aber auch ein hartes Stück Arbeit. Irgendwie widme ich mich nicht den leichten Projekten. Alles was mir gefällt hat anspruch.

Diesen Januar habe ich mir für diesen Sweater Baumwolle in einen frischen grün und cremeweis gekaft. Und die Anleitung ist von Ravlery.

Und weil heut Mittwoch ist, und ich lang nicht mehr dabei war einen MMM zu machen heute hier die Gelegenheit dazu.

 

It is quite a long time ago, since I ´ve posted something by MMM. But this Wednesday I will do it again. In January this year I found a really nice sweater on Ravlery. And I knew, this will be my pattern for the next weeks. But I didn´t think about this design, which has not really a small part without knitting with two colors in parallel.

What to say…I DID IT

Sometimes it was quite hard and I had a break of more than 2 months in between. In this time I had absolutly no motivation to knit this sweater.

I bought 100% coton yarn in fresh green and cream white and cast on. The wristband knitted with two colors was a nice technic. This was the most stressful part. The rest of this pattern was written quite good. And so painful and slowly the sweater grew.

Last week on tursday, it was the first day of a week with temperatures above 34°C, I finished it. And I am really happy about it.

Raglan the first

For me this fabric is really beautiful. Fresh and nice to wear. And this pattern I thought, will fit well to this fabric. So I decide to put the pattern together with the fabric and the result you can see here. The pattern is from 3/13 Ottobre.

And now I hope, the summer will stay for some days. And we can wear this shirt more than one time. But maybe the weather will be that hot that we can go without clothes except of trunks or bikini. I think I will enjoy this little intermezzo of the summer 2015.

But today I have to finish the summer dress for my little girl. Maybe I can show it tomorrow. We will see.

Tattattataaaaaa- My little elephant

It was time for a new shirt for the little man. And again I used the pattern out of the Ottobre 3/14. But this time I used an other way to sew the wristband to the neck and the arms. And I think, I will now use this version than my old one. In this version I folded the wristband in the length and sewed it by using an overlock stitch to the right of the shirt. Than I put it to the right position and made a straigth stitch to fix it. This is for me a quite easy way and I think it looks more accurate than my old version by using the folder.

I like these little elephants. And this shirt is so nice. I hope my little man will grow that slow he did until now. So he can wear this shirt really long.

Without diapers the third….

A life without diapers is not that easy in the very beginning. So you need a lot of trousers for changing.

In our case I had produced a lot weeks ago, but not enough. So I had to start sewing again and filling up the wardrobe. Therefor I produced again 3 trousers for my little man. I used an old T-shirt of my husband and striped wristband. This wristband is upgrading these trousers a lot, I think.

The pattern I used is a creation on my own.

Sweet shirt for my little mouse

After visiting the „Holländische Stoffmarkt“ in Dresden two weeks ago I was motivated to start sewing again. This nice shirt for my little mouce produced by using a pattern from the Ottobre 3/14.

I love this patttern. It looks so nice. The fabric I used was not bougth on the „Holländische Stoffmarkt“ but there I found my motivation again.

So be excited what will come next….
